Quick answers for creating records, exporting PDFs, and sharing safely.
Each entry keeps one item’s details, evidence photos, supporting documents, and notes together in one place. It’s useful for collectors, resale, estate planning, warranties, and keeping your history tidy.
It can also serve as supporting documentation for insurance — proof of what you own and its condition. It is not an appraisal and does not guarantee coverage or value; your insurer determines those.
Every plan generates the same Proof Pack PDF. Plans differ by limits and a few extras:
You can compare plans on the pricing page.
Photos are your evidence set for identity and condition. Documents are your paperwork — receipts, certificates, appraisals, permits, warranties, and service records. Upload what you have; the goal is credibility, not perfection.

Image documents can appear as previews, but uploaded PDF files are listed by filename and are not rendered as page previews inside the exported PDF.
Sharing is private by default and opt-in on the Pro plan. A share link is only visible to people who have the exact link.
If you turn sharing off, the link stops working immediately. If you downgrade away from Pro, active share links are disabled automatically and old URLs no longer open the shared page.
