Owners Catalog is a records platform that helps users document what they own with notes, supporting files, exports, and limited sharing features. These Terms explain the basic rules for using the service.
By using Owners Catalog, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
By creating an account, accessing, or using Owners Catalog, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or other entity, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Owners Catalog helps users create, organize, store, export, and in some cases share ownership records and supporting files. Features, limits, plan options, and availability may change over time.
We may add, remove, or update features, and we may impose reasonable usage limits to protect the service, users, storage systems, and related infrastructure.
You retain ownership of the information, files, and materials you submit to the service. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to upload, store, export, and share that content.
You grant Owners Catalog a limited, non-exclusive right to host, store, process, reproduce, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, support, back up, improve, and provide the service to you.
You may not use the service to:
Some features require a paid subscription. Pricing, included features, usage limits, and billing intervals are shown in the service at the time of purchase.
Paid subscriptions may renew automatically until canceled. You can cancel future renewal before the next billing date through the available billing tools. Unless stated otherwise in the service or required by law, payments are non-refundable and plan changes or cancellations take effect on a prospective basis.
Third-party payment processors may handle checkout, payment collection, taxes, invoicing, and payment-method storage.
Share links, PDFs, and other exports are provided for convenience. Once you intentionally share, download, or export content, you are responsible for how you or any recipient later uses, stores, or redistributes it.
Some sharing or export features depend on your active plan. If sharing is turned off, a plan changes, or a feature is removed, some links or outputs may stop working or become unavailable.
Owners Catalog is an organizational records tool. It does not provide legal, tax, insurance, authentication, appraisal, valuation, investment, or other professional advice.
We do not guarantee that any record, export, or shared page will satisfy the requirements of an insurer, buyer, gallery, marketplace, lender, court, or other third party.
The service software, design, branding, text, graphics, and related materials, excluding your content, are owned byOwners Catalog or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Except as expressly allowed by law or these Terms, you may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from the service.
We may suspend or terminate access if reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate misuse, respond to legal obligations, enforce these Terms, or reduce security, fraud, or abuse risks.
You may stop using the service at any time. If account deletion is available, deleting your account may remove records, uploads, and related access, subject to limited backup retention and legal obligations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, absolute security, or that the service will meet every use case or expectation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service, including lost profits, lost business, lost data, or loss of goodwill.
If we are found legally responsible for a claim related to the service, our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid to use the service during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100), whichever is greater.
If your content, your misuse of the service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law causes a claim against Owners Catalog, you may be responsible for the resulting costs and losses, to the extent permitted by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after the updated Terms take effect means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
